NEET online test series 2017- My last 10 days preparation schedule

As the fuss is already cleared NEET Exam Date is not postponed and will be conducted on the defined date on May 7, 2017. Time is flowing like the sand from hand, the more tightly you grab, the quickly it flows.

With exactly ten days in hand, every aspirant is in the twilight of his preparation.  Revision days are on and most of the aspirant would be planning their preparation schedule for the last 10 days. Smart aspirants have already simplified the equation, but my blog is for confused aspirants looking for some external help.

So if I would be on your place, my last 10 days preparation schedule would be:-

Avoid studying any new topic-

Many would argue, but please avoid studying any new topic in the last minute. It can derail your preparation schedule as it can consume a big part of time and may be doesn’t even carry heavy weightage.

Attempt mock tests and sample papers-

The best way to master any subject is constant practice with sheer dedication. You are no different. Attempt as many mock test and sample papers as possible, the preference may differ, but I find NOTS Mock Tests highly competitive and free.

Revise the formulas and theorems-

Revision is the key, keep memorizing the formulas and theorems in the mind so that they remain fresh. Formulas and theorems enhance your accuracy level and give extra time to solve other questions.

Strengthen your basics-

A strong building is built on solid foundation capable to handling heavy load. NCERT books are a one stop panacea for NEET preparation, clear the core concepts frequently asked during the examination.

Take sufficient rest-

Give proper rest to your central processing unit called mind. Rest relives from stress, anxiety and panic, which a common sight before the exams. Take proper eight hour sleep.

The best way to decimate the fear is to face the fear and get ready for the consequences. What do we fear and why do we fear. Here are few aspects, which takes the glow away of our face leaving the skin pale:-

  • What type of questions will be asked?
  • Something out of syllabus is not asked?
  • Only those topics will be asked, which I have skipped during the preparation
  • Will I be able to solve the all the questions
  • Don’t become the victim of negative marking
  •  Above all, will I pass

So here I am with a most promising solution. This blog is not about what to do, but give the opportunity to medical aspirants to express themselves. So I have attached a demo test with this blog, but without the answer key. The reason will be revealed later. Download and practice it now.

NEET exam coming closer? Read how you need to prepare in a month's time

With less than a month in hand for NEET, all an aspirant needs a last one month scheduler for NEET Preparation. Sometimes the student peak too early and lose the momentum just before the test resulting in strings of poor scores.

The aspirant must be aware of how to sum up the revision and save his best for the NEET. If NEET 2016 was tough and trickier, then NEET 2017 would be even harder as you have to prove your mettle between 11 Lakh candidates. So it is the time to shift the gears and get ready for the action.

NEET exam coming closer

Here are a few key points to wind up your last month preparation in the most effective way:-

Make optimum use of practice papers- Practice makes the man perfect is not just a statement, but a core value behind any task. Solve the practice papers as much as you can, it gives you a good idea about the types of question asked and how to manage the time efficiently during the exam. It not only enhances the accuracy, but boosts the confidence.

Prepare notes from NCERT books- NCERT books are a panacea for NEET aspirants. The language is easy to understand and totally focuses on clearing the concepts and strengthening the fundamentals. Once the basics are clear, the aspirant is bound to score well in the examination.

Analyze your weaker areas- You have ample time to analyze your weakness and rectify before its gets too late. Try to find out new methods to understand them better. If the problem can be resolved within 2-3 days go for it, otherwise switch to the next topic.

Take proper care of health- Health is wealth, studying continuously can take a toll on your physical and mental health. Take breaks during studies, eat well and take 8 hours proper sleep.

How can a medical aspirant make the most from NEET UG sample practice papers

The date for NEET UG 2017 is already declared, with time flowing like a rampage river from the sand clock. The student’s anxiety level is increasing with each day because they have given everything, but are still unsure about the pattern of the exam, much credit must be given to the media and social media networks for filling the tabloid balloon ready to burst.

Every aspirant joins the coaching, buys question banks and other study material from the market and study rigorously for hours, but still only few thousand pass out of million aspirants, why? Are they not deserving or miss any important trick of the trait. Well, they might be the biggest book worm and reside in study room and libraries, but lack practical approach. Now, a million dollar advice for NEET aspirants, how to crack NEET UG 2017 in two months?

Many would utter and even mutter to solve the sample papers and previous year NEET UG papers, but what disappointed me is the quality of questions. They are easy compared to real NEET exam and don’t give a real fight to your preparations. Various online platforms claims to be the best, but I would rate NOTS (NEET Online Test Series) higher than the other compatriots. The best sample papers or mock test papers are the ones, who give you Goosebumps and shiver in the spine, extremely hard to clear, checking your skills and temperament at every stage.

They offer customized, competitive and bilingual (Assamese, Bengali, Odia, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati) mock test papers, covering every sphere of the syllabus. The sample papers uploaded on the website are also of utmost class, prepared by the finest medical faculties of various universities and medical institutes.

I would urge the medical aspirants to practice the NOTS Mock Test Series, they have proved extremely helpful to thousands of aspirants, and there is no harm in experimenting.
